The deck is zoned so noisy and quiet uses do not sit on top of one another. When the stack plan is released, the thing to check is which of these zones your unit actually looks down on: a pool view is pleasant at 6pm and less so when the function room is booked out on a Saturday.

The residential blocks are arranged around a central landscaped deck, with basement parking including electric vehicle charging lots and bicycle parking, and commercial units at the first storey serving both residents and the existing town-centre footfall. Block heights, unit stacking and facility positions shown here are indicative and pending the developer's confirmation. When the final plan is released, the two things worth studying are which stacks face the neighbouring HDB blocks versus the internal deck, and where the driveway and refuse point sit relative to the low floors.
