The residential blocks sit above a podium carrying the retail mall and the relocated Hougang Bus Interchange, with parking and bicycle parking below. Approximately 830 homes are planned across the residential component. Block heights, unit stacking, facility positions and the podium arrangement shown here are indicative and pending confirmation — CapitaLand Development and UOL have not released a site plan. When the official plan is issued, the three things worth studying are which stacks sit over the mall and the interchange rather than the internal deck, which face the neighbouring HDB blocks, and where the retail loading bay and refuse point sit relative to the low floors.
